Secretary-General LIM Byung-jin Lim paid a visit to Ulaanbaatar City Hall on Tuesday, July 25th, to hold a meeting with Vice Mayor Tumurtumu. During the visit, Mr. Lim took the opportunity to introduce the significant role and recent endeavors of Mongolian NEAR members. He also requested enthusiastic engagement in NEAR's activities, including the participation of high-level officials from Ulaanbaatar City in the upcoming NEAR General Assembly scheduled for October.

Vice Mayor Tumurtumu warmly received the Secretary-General's visit and conveyed that Ulaanbaatar City has been actively collaborating with various international organizations, including NEAR, to advance the development of the city. He further expressed the city's intent to actively partake in diverse NEAR activities in the future. Moreover, he affirmed the city's commitment to seriously consider the prospect of high-level involvement in the NEAR General Assembly in October.
