NEAR Secretariat are gathering information on the event plans of the members in 2007 and information on the new members, which will be posed at the NEAR's official homepage. The Secretariat plans to open and share those information for all of the NEAR members.

1. Information Gathering of Event Plans in 2007 (Please refer to the official letter of requiring those information)

    o Scope of the Information : 2007 event plans of all of the 65 members

    o Deadline : No later than December 30, 2006

2. Information Gathering of New Members

    o Scope of the Information : Overview, culture, tourism and economy of 27 new members (Please refer to the official letter of requiring those information)

    o Deadline : No later than January 31, 2007

    o Send us via e-mail
