10 delegates, including vice governor of Khuvsgul Province visited Seogu, Daejeon Metropolitan City on December 10-13. At the invitation of head of Seo-gu office, Daejeon City, the visit included a tour of administrative institutions such as Seogu Office and Seogu Councle. Visitors made a visit to advanced facilities related to urban development and scientific technology looking around facilities related to health and medical service, education, and social welfare. The delegates discussed concrete exchange and cooperation plans for the future with staffs of Seogu Office, Daejeon City. The agenda includes training in Korea to invite doctors from Mongolia, exchange program between high school and university students. Khuvsgul Province and Daejeon Metropolitan City has continued friendly relations through several activities such as mutual visiting, a short training to invite public officials since 2011 and doctors of Seogu, Daejeon City carried out medical services in Kuvsgul Province last July.
