
Secretary General Kim participated in a signing ceremony with Brain Korea 21 Program for Leading Universities & Students by Department of Russian Language & Literature of Kyungpook National University, Korea on October 7 and delivered a special lecture. The agreement was signed with ‘Russia-Eurasia cultural contents development and training business for educational experts in new Northeast Asia era’ by Brain Korea 21 Program for Leading Universities & Students business group of Department of Russian Language & Literature of Kyungpook National University.
The details included development of cultural contents, and organization of events in which the Association of Northeast Asia Regional Governments carry out cultural contents developed by education experts training business, and sharing of a variety of information and combined data. .
