On February 28, NISHIWAKI Katatoshi, Governor of Kyoto Prefecture visited the earthquake-affected areas of the Noto Peninsula and the Ishikawa Prefectural Government Office. He met with Governor HASE Hiroshi Hase, toured the disaster area, and proposed that Kyoto Prefecture support Ishikawa Prefecture's craft exhibitions and provide technical training for young artists.

Governor Nishiwaki expressed gratitude for the proposal, stating that the project, in cooperation with Kyoto Prefecture, will revitalize the disaster area. He believes it will serve as a driving force for Cultural Prefecture Ishikawa and become a pillar of creative revival.
