〇 LEE Cheol-woo, governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, met with OHTSUKA Tsuyoshi, consul-general of Japan in Busan, on April 25.

〇 During the meeting, various issues faced by both Korea and Japan were discussed, such as fostering exchange between regional governments, promoting tour sites, and addressing low birthrates.

〇 Mr. Lee and Mr. Ohtsuka have maintained close ties with each other through their participation in diverse international exchange events.
