〇 LEE Cheol-woo, governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, visited Liaoning Province, China, and Ulaanbaatar City, Mongolia, from April 15 to 19.

〇 During his travel in Liaoning Province, Mr. Lee met with LI Lecheong, governor of Liaoning Province, and signed an Agreement on Friendly Exchange between Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and Liaoning Province.

- Previously in 2023, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and Liaoning Province signed a Letter of Intent on Friendly Exchange during the 14^th NEAR General Assembly thanks to the arrangement by the NEAR Secretariat.
