The NEAR Youth Essay Contest was held for youths of the North East Asia to have an interest in Politics, society, economy, culture with regard to the North East Asia and to establish their identity. 56 works from 5 countries: 2 China, 6 Japan, 25 South Korea, 1 Mongolia, and 22 Russia were submitted in this year’s contest.
