A delegation headed by Director Lee Won-choon of the Department of International Cooperation visited Changsa and Zhangjiajie cities of Hunan Province, the current Chair of NEAR, from July 26 to 28. The delegation held preliminary  discussions for preparations for the 11th Working Committee and NEAR International Forum 2017 to be held from September 25 to 28.

Liu Qifeng, Vice Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan Province, China, and Zhou Yu, Deputy Director of the Commerce Office, and Liu Ge'an, Deputy Secretary of the City Party, participated in the meetings held in Changshi and Zhangjiajie City,and they reviewed scheduled events and progress.
