● China (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Jilin Province) 6 participants
● Russia (Primorsky Territory, Irkutsk State University) 6 participants
● Japan (Shimane Prefecture) 7 participants

● To establish new networks for youths in Northeast Asia and promote mutual understanding and friendship exchange

● Exchanging opinions online
● Activities including the introduction of each country, Japanese cultural experience, exchanging opinions, etc., over four rounds
