- discussion of world’s regional governments’ future policy direction for global/regional sustainable development by adopting and reviewing ICLEI’s strategic plans for sustainable development
- cooperation and exchange among world’s member regional governments
- reconfirmation of city’s willingness by conveying the role of city required to respond to sustainable development and climate change to international community.
