Secretary General Kim and the delegation of Irkutsk Region, Russia
On 8 December, Secretary General KIM Jae-Hyo attended the Irkutsk Investment Conference organized by Irkutsk Region, Russia in Intercontinental Hotel, Seoul, Korea. He met with the Chair of the Parliament and the Vice Governor of Irkutsk Region to exchange views on how to enhance the development of NEAR and requested active participation of the Russian Region.
