The 10th Working Committee was held on October 13~16 at Irkutsk Region. The Working Committee was attended by more than
100 people from four regions of China, three regions of Japan, seven regions of Koreaa, seven regions of Mongolia,
two regions of Russia, and one observer region of China
On the first day, welcome speech by Governor of Irkutsk Region, congratulatory speech by NEAR Secretary General, and congratulatory speeches by Consul General of China, Korea, and Mongolia in Irkutsk were followed by NEAR activity report, presentations by member regions, and discussion on NEAR's current isues. On the second day, participants had industrial and cultural tour.
