A Section Chief of the International Commerce Division of Jeollanam-do Province presented the ‘Declaration of Jeollanam-do Province’ during the closing ceremony. It was followed by a delivery ceremony from the representatives of the 10th and 11th chair members. Afterwards, a speech from the representative of Irkutsk Region, the next chair member, was given.
