Islam Arabian Restaurant of "the Thousand and One Nights," which is one of the extensive and long-term projects for the development of restaurant business, officially opened on October 22 in Yinchuan City.

Arabian Restaurant of "the Thousand and One Nights" is located at 8th floor of "Dongfanghong Plaza Business Hotel" in Xingqing district, and the size of the restaurant is estimated at 1,000 square meters.

Chef Wu Zhihong and his colleagues jointly founded the restaurant. Chef Wu Zhihong is known as renowned cook in Ningxia and has records of winning domestic and foreign competitions for several times, and his colleagues are enthusiastic about the development of Islam industry in Yinchuan City. They invited two famous chefs from Arabian countries. The restaurant is the first restaurant that foreign chefs manage cooking in Yinchuan City.

This restaurant is the first introduced Muslim restaurant in Yinchuan City, and is expected to increase the level of service for Muslim visitors from Arabian countries in Ningxia.
