- Hyogo Prefecture delivers urgent messages related to earthquake and earthquake hail via e-mail and website -

Hyogo Prefecture operates 'Hyogo E-Net,' which provides urgent messages on disasters and evacuation alerts, in six languages including Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese and Vietnamese, by utilizing e-mail and website functions of mobile phone.

The prefecture opened the website delivering prompt information to its residents when disasters happen. The prefecture will directly send e-mails on urgent messages  on earthquake, earthquake hail, weather warning and evacuation alerts to the registered users.
