The "4th China Shandong International Hi-technology Human Resource Exchanges, Economy and Trade Fair" was held in Jinan City of Shandong Province, China from November 17 to 19. 

The fair composed of investment attractions, consultations on economy and trade projects and events of invited hi-technology experts from in and out of China. The fair aimed to introduce hi-technology projects and patent technology to Shandong Province by inviting hi-technology experts of in and out of China and to support for the opening of new business.

The fair became an important event to expedite human resource exchange and cooperation in the field of hi-technology at various companies and public organizations in and out of China.
