The Secretariat of the Association of North East Asia Regional Governments (NEAR) will hold the 10th NEAR Youth Art·Poster Contest for the youth of Northeast Asia, the main players of the next generation, to provide an opportunity to interact with one another through artworks as shown in the files attached below. We look forward to your active participation.

◦ Eligibility for Participation: Youth aged 13–18 from the 83 NEAR member regions (77 members excluding North Korea, 1 associate member, and 5 observers)
