○ On August 20, a meeting was held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China, with the attendance of cultural tourism officials, regional governments, consular missions, and industry representatives from China, Mongolia, Korea, and Russia.
○ During the seminar held in relation to the meeting, participants shared their respective policies and best practices centered on tourism product innovation, strengthening international promotion capabilities, and improving service quality, while reaching a shared consensus on the necessity of expanding intra-regional tourism cooperation in Northeast Asia.
○ Taking the meeting as an opportunity, Liaoning Province and member states further strengthened the foundation for tourism cooperation and joint development of intra-regional tourism within the GTI framework.
