Mandalay region of Myanmar recently sent a video of Chief Minister U Myo Aung delivering remarks on the admission approval as associate member to the NEAR Secretariat.

This video was originally scheduled to be presented at the plenary session of the 15th High-Level Working Committee. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, it was not received by the day of the event and could not be presented on-site. So it is being introduced here on the NEAR Secretariat website.
