On Tuesday, July 8, Ms. Choi Young-sook, Head of the East Sea Regional Headquarters of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, visited the NEAR Secretariat to discuss potential areas of cooperation regarding the province’s strategic initiative to develop Arctic shipping routes.
Through this visit, both parties agreed to pursue sustainable cooperative projects by actively utilizing the NEAR platform, with the shared goal of advancing Yeongilman Port as a core logistics hub in the East Sea Rim region.
