In his speech, Party Secretary Peng described the fair as the outpost for the full revitalization of Northeast China and the country’s policy to open up to the outside. From this year, the fair became a national-level platform by adding the term “China” in its name for the first time. Additionally, he expressed his hope that enterprises both within and outside China will explore new opportunities in Liaoning, a region that provides an excellent environment for investment and development as it is currently experiencing a rapid industrial change driven by science technology innovations.
Held under the theme of “Development of Quality Production, Cooperation for Revitalization,” the fair featured 7 sub-events, 13 external events, and over 70 consumption promotion events. It was attended by international delegations for economic trade, the high-level directors from 500 world’s leading corporates, over 200 businesspeople in China, 12 directors of China’s finance authorities, and more than 100 representatives from Chambers of Commerce and economic trade promotion institutions.
