○ Gyeongsangbuk-do Province has been conducting a training program as part of the overseas invitation training(K2H, Korea Heart to Heart) and invited two officials from Henan Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China to take part in the program.

○ Henan Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region are sister cities with Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. Gyeongsangbuk-do Province signed an agreement on Secondment of Mutual Exchange Officials with Henan Province in 2019 and has seconded mutual exchange officials ever since. Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region invited officials this year to commemorate its elevated status as a sister city in 2021.
