NEAR Secretary-General Jun Jae-won delivered a special lecture to the trainees of the East Sea Rim Off-shore Training Program at the Urban-Network Institute on November 19. During the this lecture themed ‘Urban-Networking in the Region of East Sea Rim,’ the Secretary-General gave a lecture on the geopolitical significance of the East Sea Rim, national strategies of regional countries, the role of Pohang City, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, and the changing politics of Northeast Asia. The lecture, based on the Secretary-General Jun Jae-won's former experiences as a diplomat, as well as his current role as Secretary-General, was well received by the trainees.
