NEAR Secretariat sent a delegation to meet Mongolian Members from June 12 to 17 to introduce major events of NEAR and asked for their active participation. On June 13, the delegation met Mr. Badamsuren, Governor of the Dornod Aimag and introduced the main agendas for the General Assembly in September, and requested for the participation and cooperation. The delegation also met Vice Governor, Kr. Khosbayar of Sukhbaatar Aimag and the head of the state administration of Khenti Aimag, introducing major events of NEAR and asked for the active participation.
