In celebration of Russia Day, Secretary-General Jun Jae-won attended the reception in Busan, hosted by the Consulate-General of Russia. Officers from major cities in South Korea such as Busan, Daegu and Ulsan, along with diplomats, politicians, economists, scholars and journalists also attended the event. At the meeting with and the Consul-General Alexander Vostrikov, NEAR Secretary-General Jun delivered a congratulatory message, thanking the host for the invitation to the Russia Day celebrations. The Consul-General responded that Russia would participate actively in the various NEAR events.
