The Economic Research Institute for Northeast Asia (ERINA), a public interest foundation located in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, held the 10th Russia-Japan Energy Environment Talks in Niigata in November. The talks focused on energy and environment-friendly policies in Japan and Russia. Approximately 120 people, including experts and businesspeople from both countries participated and held detailed discussions on cooperation measures related to energy security assurance.
