The NEAR Secretariat sent out the certificates of award, prizes, and certificates of participation to the winners of the 11th NEAR Youth Art Contest. The certificates of award and prizes were distributed to 200 winners, encompassing recipients of the first prize, second prize, participation award, and special recognition award. Certificates of participation, endorsed by the NEAR Secretary-General, were sent to participants from 34 members across five countries.

Moreover, the 2024 desk calendars, showcasing prints of the award-winning artworks from the NEAR Youth Art Contest, were meticulously packed by the Secretariat's entire staff. Subsequently, they were distributed in 116 distinct packages to 34 regions across five countries.
