■ Date: March 9~12, 2015

■ Venue: Kobe City and Miky City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan

■ Participants

○A total of 36 people: 32 participants from 19 organizations across 3 countries, 4 people from the NEAR Secretariat (Director General, Director of Planning and General Affairs Division, seconded staff from Japan, Mongolian expert)
• South Korea (a total of 9 people): Ulsan Metropolitan City, Jeollanam-do Province, Busan Metropolitan City, Gyeongsagnbuk-do Province, Gyeongsangnam-do Province
• China (a total of 9 people): Shandong Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Hunan Province, Jilin Province, Henan Province
• Mongolia (a total of 14 people): Dornogovi Province, Umnugovi Province, Tuv Province, Zavkhan Province, Govi-Altai Province, Khentii Province, Bayankhongor Province, Arkhangai Province, Dundgovi Province

• Welcome Session
- Vice Governor of Hyogo Prefecture, superintendent of Hyogo Prefecture's disaster prevention, and staff of three countries’ consulates, including Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Osaka

○ March 10 (Tue)
• Visit to the ‘Disaster Reduction and Human Renovation Institution’
-Video Watching on earthquake disaster and its recovery (the Great Hanshin Earthquake and Great East Japan Earthquake) and Disaster Prevention Workshop
• Presentation on “Hyogo Prefecture’s Measure for Disaster Prevention” (Nakatsu Naoki of Disaster Prevention Policy Division)
• Exchange of view with International Disaster Prevention of member regions
- Manager of Kiyoshi Natori of Asian Disaster Reduction Center (ADRC)
- Shingo Koucgu of International Recovery Platform (IRP)
- Ryosuke Torii of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Kansai

○ March 11 (Wed)
• ‘Hyogo Anti-Disaster Center’
- Lecture “the Lesson for Disaster Prevention from Hansin-Awazi Earthquake”, Tour to Storage for Reserves, and experience of real disaster situation
• Visit to Kobe City
- Statue of Iron Man No. 28, Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum, Kobe Disaster Management Center

• Returning home
