○ A total of 35 people: 32 participants from 15 organizations across 4 countries, 3 people from the NEAR Secretariat (Director General, Budget Manager Japan Expert)

• Study visit to ‘the Disaster Reduction and Human Renovation Institution’
- Video Watching on earthquake disaster and its recovery(the Great Hanshin Earthquake and Great East Japan Earthquake), Disaster Prevention Workshop
• Presentation “Hyogo Prefecture’s Measure for Disaster Prevention”(Kenji Nishijima of Disaster Prevention Policy Division)
• Exchange of views with International Disaster Prevention of member regions
- Manager of Kiyoshi Natori of Asian Disaster Reduction Center(ADRC)
- Shingo Koucgu of International Recovery Platform(IRP)
- Ryosuke Torii of the Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA) Kansai
• Welcome Dinner
-Participated by persons involved in Consulate of three countries, along with superintendent of Hyogo Prefecture Disaster Prevention and consul general of Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Kobe

• ‘Hyogo Anti-Disaster Center’(located in Miki City)
-Lecture “the Lesson for Disaster Prevention from Hansin-Awazi Earthquake”, Tour to Storage for Reserves, and experience of real disaster situation
• Visit to Kobe City
- Statue of Iron Man No. 2, Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum, Kobe Disaster Management Center
